Israeli media reported that Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, in a meeting with his German counterpart Johann Wadephul at the Foreign Ministry building in Jerusalem, provided information regarding the Tel Aviv-Beirut negotiations. Saar stated that Israel, Lebanon, and the United States reached a 'historic framework agreement' about two weeks ago, saying, "Talks with Lebanon will resume in Rome next week."
