Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said, "The next round of negotiations with Lebanon will take place in Rome, the capital of Italy, next week."
Israeli media reported that Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, in a meeting with his German counterpart Johann Wadephul at the Foreign Ministry building in Jerusalem, provided information regarding the Tel Aviv-Beirut negotiations. Saar stated that Israel, Lebanon, and the United States reached a 'historic framework agreement' about two weeks ago, saying, "Talks with Lebanon will resume in Rome next week."
