Death toll in Venezuela earthquakes rises to 3,811
The death toll from the two major earthquakes that occurred on June 24 in Venezuela has risen to 3,811.

Venezuela's National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez shared the latest updates on the earthquakes at a press conference held in the capital, Caracas. Rodriguez announced that the death toll from the earthquakes has increased by 126, reaching 3,811, and the number of injured is 16,740. Rodriguez stated that 17,907 people have been left homeless, adding, “Currently, there are 4,388 international search and rescue personnel in Venezuela. A total of 30,076 personnel are working in the field, including armed forces, police, municipal, fire brigade, and civil defense teams.”
