Speaker of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova participated online in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) high-level dialogue entitled "Parliamentary Dialogue on Digital Governance."
In her address, Gafarova said digital governance is becoming increasingly important for the international community. She noted that digital transformation is no longer merely a technological process but a key pillar of modern governance, sustainable development, and efficient public service delivery.
The Speaker highlighted Azerbaijan's strong commitment to advancing digital governance. She noted that the Milli Majlis is actively working to strengthen the legal framework for digital innovation while ensuring legal certainty.
