New Wave of Airstrikes on Iran by CENTCOM: Dozens of Military Targets Hit
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) announced a new air operation targeting dozens of military targets near the Strait of Hormuz and in Iran's coastal regions.

In a statement made on the social media account of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), it was reported that an additional wave of attacks on Iran was completed at 05:00 Turkish time. According to the statement, during the 7-hour operation, U.S. fighter jets, unmanned aerial vehicles, and naval elements used precision munitions to target Iran's missile and UAV facilities, naval forces, and coastal defense systems.

The attacks were noted to have occurred on the day U.S. forces reinstated a naval blockade on ships heading to or departing from Iranian ports and coastal areas. The statement reminded that the naval blockade came into effect at 23:00.
