The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) made a statement on its social media account regarding the recent attacks on Iran. The statement noted that on the 8th night of the US attacks, Iran's military coastal surveillance and air defense facilities, naval forces, and missile and unmanned aerial vehicle storage areas were hit, marking the completion of the new wave of attacks. The statement emphasized that efforts to weaken Iran's military capacity would continue, and it was noted that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps was also targeted due to 'the attacks in Jordan where 2 US soldiers lost their lives.' The statement also mentioned that 50,000 US military personnel are working in the Middle East.
