Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on his social media account that they carried out attacks on certain targets in the Moscow region, approximately 400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Zelensky noted that some logistics facilities and an oil depot in the region were targeted by the Ukrainian army and security forces, emphasizing that it is possible to end the war by increasing pressure on Russia. Zelensky said, “Two tankers and four dry cargo ships belonging to the Russian shadow fleet in the Black Sea were hit. We respond fairly to every Russian attack on our cities and people.”
