Petro shared the application document for the annulment of the election, stating, “Here is the application for the annulment of the 2026 presidential elections. The legal and technical terms in the text will be explained through videos to be prepared for easier public understanding. The application was submitted by a group of 70,000 individuals who call themselves 'digital witnesses.' It is claimed that traces detected in the metadata of documents uploaded to the internet by the election counting software revealed algorithmic manipulation of Colombian voters' votes.”
