The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that they have completed the 12th wave of attacks initiated against Iran.
In a written statement from the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), it was stated, 'CENTCOM has completed the 12th consecutive night of attacks initiated against Iran at 22:30.'
The statement noted that military targets such as Iran's maritime capabilities, missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) storage facilities, coastal monitoring facilities, and air defense assets were hit in the attacks, claiming that Iran's capacity to attack civilian sailors and commercial ships was reduced. The statement emphasized that the U.S. blockade in the Strait of Hormuz continues, stating, 'As of today, CENTCOM has turned back 9 commercial ships to prevent them from leaving or entering Iranian ports, and has decommissioned 1 ship. More than 50,000 U.S. troops are serving in the Middle East.'
