Over 715,000 People Evacuated Due to Typhoon Noul in China
It has been reported that more than 715,000 people have been evacuated due to Typhoon Noul in Guangdong province, southern China.

Chinese media reported that Typhoon Noul hit the coast of the Huidong area in Guangdong province. It was noted that numerous train services were canceled and flights were disrupted due to adverse weather conditions caused by the typhoon. Authorities announced that the emergency response level was raised against the typhoon and more than 715,000 people were evacuated.
