Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakçi stated regarding Ukraine's attack on an Iranian ship in the Caspian Sea, “This action will not go unanswered.”
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakçi, in a post on his social media account, stated that he discussed the Iranian ship targeted by Ukraine during phone conversations with the European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Reacting to the attack, Arakçi said, “Zelensky killed a sailor by attacking an Iranian trade ship. This is a clear violation of the United Nations Charter, orchestrated by Israel to drag Europe into its own war. In my discussions with EU High Representative Kallas and Foreign Minister Lavrov, I clearly expressed that this action by the 'parasitic' administration in Kiev will not go unanswered.”
