Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz made a statement to the national press regarding Iran. Katz expressed their strong desire to launch attacks on Iran's energy infrastructure, saying, “However, the US does not approve of this due to concerns that Iran might attack neighboring countries and trigger a global oil crisis.”
Noting that US warplanes conducting attacks on Iran took off from military airbases in Israel, Katz said, “Although Iran retaliates against regional countries, it cannot launch attacks on Israel due to their deterrence.”
