In the city of Caen, France, at around 10:30 PM local time, an incident occurred on the street opposite the train station where a vehicle was reported to have been deliberately driven into pedestrians. Police announced that one person lost their life and 10 others were injured in the incident. It was stated that all the deceased were men aged between 17 and 40, and the suspect, who fled the scene, was apprehended in the city of Ouistreham, approximately 20 kilometers away. Authorities noted that the incident was not linked to terrorism.
