It was reported that 1 person died and 5 were injured in a shooting in the Schachen area of Switzerland.
The Aargau cantonal police announced that a shooting occurred during an event at the horse racing track in Schachen. In a post on the Argau cantonal police's social media account, it was stated, "In the shooting that took place in the Schachen area during the night, 1 person lost their life, and 5 people were injured. Some of the injured are in serious condition."
The post, which called on citizens to 'stay away from the area,' also noted that more information would be provided in the coming hours.
