The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps reported that the Aerospace Forces conducted retaliatory operations against the airstrike on Lark Island.
In a statement by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, it was noted that as part of the retaliatory attacks, the King Hussein and Muwaffaq Salti air bases in Jordan were targeted with ballistic missiles. It was reported that the 'technical and maintenance infrastructures and the areas where fighter jets are stationed' at the bases were targeted and 'severe damage' occurred at the bases. The statement also noted that 'attempts to weaken Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz' would not succeed, adding, “Every attack will be met with a stronger response.”
The Iranian media reported that the US carried out two attacks near Lark Island close to the Strait of Hormuz last night. It was stated that 2 people lost their lives in the attack.
