Iranian President Mesud Pezeşkiyan made a statement to the press at the airport in Tehran before departing for Bishkek to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Leaders Summit to be held in Kyrgyzstan. Regarding the US attacks on Lark Island and Iran's retaliations, Pezeşkiyan said, “We are not seeking war, and this is a clear message we have conveyed to the world so far. In response, we will not remain silent in the face of any aggression and will give a decisive response to aggressors.”
