U.S. President Donald Trump stated on his social media account that he is not forcing Iran back to the negotiating table. Trump noted that he does not care whether Iran signs an agreement it deems worthless, saying, “I much prefer the current situation where the Strait of Hormuz is almost completely under our control and the Iranian economy has completely collapsed. Iran is heading towards an inevitable end. When will the Iranian people rise up and fight?”
