The Nepal National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority shared the latest information about the flood on its social media account. The statement noted that the death toll in the flood has risen to 1355, and search and rescue operations are ongoing for 4,996 missing people. It was recorded that 6,672 people who were hospitalized are receiving treatment, and it was stated that 21,402 security personnel have been deployed in the region.
