Zelensky noted that an oil refinery in the Yamalo-Nenets region and a port in Dagestan were hit. Providing information about other regions where the attacks took place, Zelensky stated that facilities in the Moscow, Voronezh, Astrakhan, and Bryansk regions were also targeted.

Addressing Russia's actions, Zelensky said, “Russia continues its acts of terror against Ukraine every day and receives the response it deserves every day. I thank each of our fighters and everyone who makes our accuracy possible with our long-range capabilities.”
