“The recent meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan took place in a very constructive atmosphere,” said Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, as he addressed the representatives of diplomatic corps at the Khankendi Cultural Center.

According to him, both sides agreed to engage in a bilateral interaction to further advance bilateral agenda of peace, build confidence between the two countries and further develop trade relations, including the connectivity and linkage between the two countries and in the broader region.

“Additionally, there are positive signs about the development of the TRIPP concept, and we are thankful to our American partners that they are also dedicating full commitment for the realization of this project,” Hajiyev added.
