“Indian companies, including those operating in the pharmaceutical sector, are among the world’s leading producers. Products made by Indian manufacturers are also widely available in Azerbaijan and hold a significant share of the market for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and other medical products,” said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with India’s Minister of External Affairs, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
The minister emphasized that there were great opportunities to expand cooperation in such areas as energy, pharmaceuticals, computer technology, information and communication technologies (ICT), digital services and other fields.
