Napkin on which Messi signed his first contract at Barcelona to be auctioned
Famous footballer Lionel Messi's napkin, on which his first Barcelona contract was signed, will be sold at auction starting from 300 thousand pounds.

A napkin on which Lionel Messi signed his first contract at Barcelona when he was 13 years old will be auctioned by Bonhams auction house in London, the capital of England, between March 18-27 with prices starting from 300 thousand pounds. The napkin, signed in December 2000, carries the commitment of then manager Carles Rexach to sign Messi. The napkin was also signed by Josep Minguella, the Spanish club's transfer advisor, and Horacio Gaggioli, the agent who recommended Messi.

"In Barcelona, on December 14, 2000, in the presence of Minguella and Horacio, Carles Rexach, technical director of FC Barcelona, under his own responsibility and despite some opposing views, undertakes to sign Lionel Messi as long as he stays within the agreed amounts," Bonhams wrote on the napkin to be sold at auction.
