All necessary conditions have been created to ensure the service activities of the employees in the liberated territories, and significant responsibilities fall upon the prosecutorial authorities, said Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev during the conference “Five Years of Victory: Triumph of Statehood and Law” held in Zangilan.

Emphasizing that their main duties include maintaining the rule of law in the liberated territories, overseeing the proper enforcement of laws, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and the national interests of the state, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev added: “In this regard, comprehensive measures are being implemented by the Prosecutor General’s Office. The activities of prosecutorial authorities in the liberated territories have been restored, staffing has been strengthened, and all necessary conditions have been created to ensure the service activities of the prosecutorial authorities.”
