According to media reports, Iranian and Pakistani officials discussed and reviewed border, trade, economic, and security issues and agreed to further deepen bilateral cooperation. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Iran, Muhammad Mudassir Tipu, said in a post on X that the 3rd session of the High Border Commission between Pakistan and Iran was held in Tehran. Officials from both countries also agreed that the 4th session of the HBC would be held in Islamabad next year.
