Azerbaijan and Spain signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the establishment of the IE Hub for Leadership and Innovation in Baku as part of the strategic partnership with the IE University, one of the most prestigious universities in Spain.
The MoU was inked by Emin Amrullayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education; Elnur Aliyev, First Deputy Minister of Economy; Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR); Jalal Gasimov, CEO of PASHA Holding LLC, and Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, President of IE University of Spain.
