Elnur Aliyev, Azerbaijan`s First Deputy Minister of Economy, met with Valeria Csukasi, Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay.
During the meeting, Elnur Aliyev highlighted the favorable investment climate, strategic geographical position, transport and logistics potential of the country.
He emphasized the importance of expanding ties between the two countries` business sectors, as well as partnership in digital economy development, technology transfer and data centers.
The meeting focused on expansion of mutual trade and economic cooperation and the effective use of existing opportunities.
The sides also exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in the field of investment promotion and mutual protection between the two countries.
