Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), met with a Serbian delegation led by Nikola Selaković, Minister of Culture and co-chair of the Azerbaijan–Serbia Intergovernmental Commission from the Serbian side.
Yusif Abdullayev briefed the delegation on AZPROMO’s activities and outlined its key directions for expanding bilateral economic cooperation.
Minister Nikola Selaković highlighted Serbia’s investment potential, particularly in the health tourism sector, and noted opportunities for partnership in this field.
The sides exchanged views on prospects for increasing Azerbaijani exports to the Serbian market. They also agreed to organize a meeting with Azerbaijani exporters to further explore the export potential of agricultural products.
During the discussions, the parties invited each other to participate in major international events to be held in both countries, emphasizing Serbia’s “Expo 2027” and the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum scheduled for this year.
