The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the death toll from Israeli attacks on the country has reached 2,969, with the number of injured rising to 9,112.
In a statement by the Lebanese Ministry of Health, it was reported that the death toll from the attacks launched by the Israeli army on March 2, targeting various regions of the country, has risen to 2,969, with the number of injured reaching 9,112. According to the latest data published, a large number of civilians, including 214 children and 339 women, lost their lives in the attacks between March 2 and May 16.
The statement also highlighted the severe damage caused by Israeli attacks on Lebanon's health infrastructure. It was noted that 146 separate attacks targeting health and emergency response teams were carried out during the process, resulting in the deaths of 113 health workers and injuries to 263 others. Meanwhile, it was reported that 138 ambulances and 16 hospitals were damaged across the country, with 3 hospitals completely out of service.
