A memorandum of understanding was signed between the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Amelioration Scientific Research Institute under the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan, as part of a WUF13 event titled “Water-Smart Cities Building Urban Resilience Through Capacity Development.”
The memorandum was signed by Rashail Ismayilov, Head of the Hydrological Research Department of Water and Amelioration Scientific Research Institute, and Ebru Canan-Sokullu, Director of UNITAR’s Global Water Academy.
