“The urban planning model in Garabagh stands as one of the most successful examples that Azerbaijan has demonstrated to the world. The country is establishing "smart city" and "smart village" projects that form its own ecosystem in place of small villages and settlements. This approach teaches the world’s protection of the ecological environment and preservervation of biodiversity. I believe that Azerbaijan serves as an excellent model in this regard,” said Co-founder of Youth for Change Blanca Mujica Acuña told AZERTAC.
Such international discussions hold great importance in terms of learning from the best practices of different countries and contributing to the application of new technologies in the field of urban development, she added.
