Kirkuk Airport Press Officer Herdi Samed announced that night flights have begun for the first time at the International Kirkuk Airport, which was opened in 2022. Samed stated that this development is part of efforts to enhance the service quality and performance of the airport, adding, "There will be 3 night flights per week on the Kirkuk-Istanbul route."
