Russia announced that Ukraine launched drone attacks on the city of St. Petersburg.
The Governor of St. Petersburg, Aleksandr Beglov, announced on his social media account that on the opening day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, one of Russia's most important events, Ukraine launched drone attacks (UAV) on the region. Beglov stated that Ukraine carried out UAV attacks targeting infrastructures in the Kronstadt, Kirov, and Krasnoselsk areas of the city. Reporting that some civilians were injured and infrastructure was damaged, Beglov noted that authorities are working in the areas where the UAVs attacked.
