Foreign Minister Fidan in Bulgaria
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made a visit to the city to participate in the Southeast European Cooperation Process Heads of State and Government Summit to be held in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. In line with the summit program, Minister Fidan held various meetings, including a visit to the Sofia Higher Islamic Institute, where he met with the top management of the Grand Mufti's Office and regional muftis.
Continuing his engagements in Sofia, Minister Fidan toured the joint building of the Sofia Higher Islamic Institute and Sofia Theological High School. After receiving information from officials and conducting inspections, Fidan attended the graduation ceremony of the 2025-2026 academic year at the Sofia Higher Islamic Institute, where he addressed the participants and students.
