The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that they struck a military industrial facility and logistics centers in Ukraine's capital Kiev and the city of Zaporijya.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced information regarding the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. The statement noted that the Russian army conducted an overnight attack on Ukraine's military defense facility and logistics centers, hitting the 'Nova Poshta' terminal and 'Kiev-3' logistics center in Kiev, where unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), robotic and radio electronic systems are stored and distributed.
The statement also emphasized that the 'Zaporojstal' factory in the city of Zaporijya, which produces armor and plates for bulletproof vests for military equipment, was targeted in the attack, which was carried out with high-precision weapons from the ground.
1 PERSON KILLED IN ATTACK ON RUSSIA'S VORONEZH REGION
Voronezh Governor Aleksandr Gusev stated in a written announcement that 15 UAVs were shot down by air defense systems over the region during the night. Gusev highlighted that one person lost their life due to falling UAV debris and announced that 2 people were injured and taken to the hospital. He noted that fires broke out in two warehouses belonging to 'a large company' as a result of the UAVs falling, saying, "A fire at one facility was brought under control over an area of 16,000 square meters, while efforts to extinguish the fire in the other facility covering 20,000 square meters are ongoing."
