Arakçi's Statement: 'We Won Both the War and Diplomacy'

The Iranian press reported that Foreign Minister Abbas Arakçi attended the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding aimed at cooperation in diplomacy and health for the reconstruction of infrastructure damaged in the war, held at the Ministry of Health. In his speech at the ceremony, Arakçi claimed that Iran proved itself in the war initiated by the attacks of the US and Israel and demonstrated that it is an 'invincible force', stating, "I have heard from officials of other countries, 'Iranians created a miracle and surprised the whole world'. No one thought Iran would stand up to the US like this and ultimately force the enemy to request negotiations. At the beginning of the war, US President Donald Trump called for Iran's 'unconditional surrender'. He issued a message of 'unconditional surrender', and the same enemy was begging for negotiations 20 days later," he said.

Arakçi stated that Iran showed how to defend its rights in the field of diplomacy, saying, "I have heard from various officials, 'you won both the war and diplomacy'."
