It was reported that 2 people died as a result of a small plane crashing into a residential area in Mexico's Hidalgo state.
The Mexican Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) announced that a 'Cessna 210' type aircraft took off from the Pachuca Airport in Hidalgo state to head to Cuernavaca International Airport in Morelos state. It was reported that the plane crashed into a residential area in the Venta Prieta neighborhood of Pachuca, resulting in the deaths of 2 people on board. AFAC stated that an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
