Day Phase of EFES-2026 Exercise Begins
The day phase of the Distinguished Observer Day of the EFES-2026 Combined, Joint, Live-Fire Field Exercise, conducted under the auspices of Turkey and under the command of the Aegean Army Command with the participation of elements from friendly and allied countries, has begun.
More than 10,000 personnel, including observers, units, and elements from 50 countries, participated in the day phase of the Distinguished Observer Day held in the Doğanbey area of Seferihisar district in İzmir, which will also be attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The day phase began with the takeoff of the TB-3 UAV from TCG Anadolu. The day phase continues as planned within the scenarios.
The night phase of the EFES-2026 Combined, Joint, Live-Fire Field Exercise was successfully completed last night.
