BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. A branch of PASHA Bank is planned to open in Azerbaijan's Shusha next year, said Anar Karimov, Chief Compliance and Governance Officer of PASHA Bank, Trend reports.
He spoke at a press conference on the bank's performance results for the first half of 2023.
"The construction of the building where the branch is located will be completed by the end of April next year. The staff of the branch will be formed from local residents, and work in this direction is already underway," he said.
Karimov also noted that PASHA Bank plans to open a branch in Lankaran in 2025.
PASHA Bank was established in June 2007 and is among the three Azerbaijani banks in terms of assets.
The bank expects to finish 2023 with a net profit of about 200 million manat ($117.6 million).
