Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli met with Libyan Minister of Culture and Cognitive Development Mabrouka Toghi, who is visiting Azerbaijan to attend the "OIC Cultural Festival: Baku Creative Week - 2025."
Hailing Libya’s active participation in the event, Adil Karimli highlighted the successful collaboration between Azerbaijan and Libya within international organizations such as the UN, OIC, and NAM, emphasizing that the festival provides a prime opportunity to strengthen cultural ties.
Stressing Libya’s intention to establish close cultural connections with Azerbaijan, Minister Toghi expressed confidence that joint activities to enhance cultural relations would yield fruitful results.
The parties explored prospects for further cooperation in the cultural sphere and agreed to continue contacts in this area in the future.
