Organized by the State Tourism Agency, Azerbaijan's gastro-tourism potential was showcased at the International Gastronomy Conference 2025 in Pohang, Korea.
At the event, the agency’s representative made a presentation on Lankaran's inclusion in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network of Gastronomy, sharing insights into Lankaran’s unique geography, mild climate, biodiversity and unique features of regional gastronomy.
The 2025 Pohang International Gastronomy Conference is an event held in South Korea, connecting UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy. Delegations from Japan (Usuki) and China (Yangzhou) also shared experiences to boost tourism and cooperation.
