The implementation of the “Azerbaijani Culture – 2040” concept will feature three stages covering the periods of 2026–2030, 2031–2035, and 2036–2040.
The concept will focus on such Azerbaijani cultural values as the Azerbaijani language, behavioral and knowledge culture, literature, art and cultural heritage, national and spiritual values, tolerance, individuality, and accessibility.
