I first traveled to Baku in 1970. That was a long time ago. Now, when I look at the city, I almost don’t recognize it. The scent of oil remains the most vivid memory from those years, renowned French traveler André Brugiroux, who participated in the annual meeting of the "NomadMania" club, told AZERTAC.
Noting that although he had wanted to visit Garabagh and Nakhchivan many years ago, he never had the opportunity to do so, the traveler said: "At that time, I wanted to travel from Armenia to Garabagh and Nakhchivan, but I was not allowed. Now, I finally have the chance to visit both regions what makes me very happy."
