A delegation from the German Bundestag’s Parliamentary Friendship Group for Relations with the States of the Southern Caucasus visited the Goygol district.
Head of the Goygol District Executive Authority Vugar Novruzov met with the German parliamentarians and briefed them on the district’s historical and cultural heritage, as well as the region’s tourism potential.
The meeting featured discussions on the current state and prospects of Azerbaijan–Germany relations.
As part of the visit, the delegation also explored the district’s historical landmarks.
