Participation is also expected from professors, lecturers, researchers, master’s students, and university students from Uzbek higher education institutions.

The primary objective is to comprehensively study the centuries-old history of the Khorezm dance 'Lazgi,' including its ties to cultural heritage and traditions, and to analyze its aesthetic and ethnographic characteristics.

The festival will focus particular attention on developing modern approaches to the preservation and promotion of this unique intangible cultural heritage, expanding scientific research, and strengthening international cultural cooperation.

The inclusion of this ancient dance of the Uzbek people in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity underscores its uniqueness and global significance.
