Azerbaijani professor Sevinj Mammadova has been appointed Vice Provost at George Washington University in the United States.
She confirmed to AZERTAC that she will take up her new duties.
“I am very excited to step into this new chapter of my career. I am grateful to everyone who has supported me along this path and very eager for what lies ahead,” said Sevinj Mammadova.
Sevinj Mammadova previously served as Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives at George Washington University. She is also a professor of education policy studies at the university and participates in various projects led by the World Bank’s global expert groups in the field of education.
