Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Ukraine

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 23. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Seymur Mardaliyev Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine, Trend reports.
