Denmark to give Ukraine 19 F-16s
Ukrainian President Zelenski travelled to Denmark after his Dutch contacts and held a joint press conference with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. Zelenski confirmed that Denmark will give Ukraine 19 F-16s.

In a statement on his official Telegram account, Zelenski said, "I visited the Skrydstrup airbase of the Royal Danish Air Force with my team. We have great news. 19 F-16s for Ukraine. I talked to Ukrainian men and women who are training on F-16s. We had talks with Mette Frederiksen and her team. We are doing our best to get even more results for Ukraine. Today we discussed in particular the expansion of the training missions. We are making every effort to speed up the training. I would like to thank the Prime Minister, the Danish Government and all Danish people."

THE NETHERLANDS WILL PROVIDE 42 F-16S

On the other hand, Zelenski, who visited the Netherlands yesterday, announced that an agreement was reached with Prime Minister Mark Rutte on F-16s. Zelenski said, "Today we are taking another step to strengthen Ukraine's air defence. F-16s are the aircraft we will use to keep Russian terrorists away from Ukraine's cities and villages. Mark Rutte and I agreed on the number of F-16s to be provided to Ukraine after the training of our pilots and engineers, 42 aircraft. This is just the beginning. Thank you, Netherlands," he said.
