“The information disseminated by the Armenian Defense Ministry that on August 23, starting from 01:05 to 02:00, Azerbaijan Army units allegedly opened fire in the direction of the opposite side’s positions stationed in the Yukhari Shorzha settlement is completely false,” Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told AZERTAC.
“We categorically deny this information,” the ministry said.
