After opening of Agdam-Khankendi road, Lachin-Khankendi road can be used in compliance with customs rules and border regime of Azerbaijan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said on August 29 during a telephone conversation with President of France Emmanuel Macron, Trend reports.
