A happy ending was reached in the rescue work of Mark Dickey (40) from the USA, who fell ill at a depth of 1200 metres while exploring in Morca Cave in Mersin and was treated by doctors at 1040 metres. Dickey, who was carried step by step with a stretcher, was taken out of the cave at midnight. Dickey, who was taken out of the cave by the Turkish team, was taken to Mersin City Hospital by helicopter after his first examination by the medical team waiting in the region.
