President Ilham Aliyev attends award ceremony for Chairman of People's Council of Parliament of Turkmenistan

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 14. An award ceremony for the Chairman of the People's Council of the Parliament of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has been held in Dushanbe, Trend reports.

The event was attended by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and heads of other states.
